We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Include all accessories and components
  • Not show signs of intentional damage or misuse

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used cleaning pads or consumable accessories
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product

Our support team will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
